Below, we present the terms and conditions under which all sales operations and the operation of our store are governed. The mariacacao.mx platform is designed to carry out purchase processes autonomously, so the execution of a purchase through it implies an express intention to pay and receive the products purchased in the transaction, thus configuring the will of purchase by the customer. Likewise, completing a purchase process implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions of the platform, contained in this wording.
Information provided about the products
All the information provided about the products, contained in the description of these or in any other section, is solely for informational purposes for the client, so that, in no case or circumstance, the information provided by MARIA CACAO can be considered as a medical recommendation. , diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease, syndrome or condition. MARIA CACAO recommends and requests its clients that, for the care of their health and physical integrity, it is necessary to consult a doctor before beginning any diet or exercise program, consumption of supplements, vitamins, medications or any other product, especially before suspicion of having a health problem.
Illustration of the products
MARIA CACAO provides its customers with public descriptive information on all its products for sale. As a complement to said information, representative photographs are published and only for illustrative purposes, which may have differences with the product delivered to the customer through the shipment.

Prices
All the prices contained in the platform are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN), the national currency of origin. All our prices include VAT. In cases where the law establishes the application of the IEPS, it is included in our prices.
All our prices are non-negotiable.
Pay
The payment methods available on the platform are:
- VISA, Mastercard and American Express credit card.
- HSBC, Banamex, Santander and Inbursa debit cards.
The previously listed means of payment are executed through external services unrelated to MARIA CACAO, so they have their own terms and conditions that must be consulted by the client. Likewise, in the event of any problem with external payment services, MARIA CACAO will make every effort to support the solution, however, these points must generally be managed directly with the external service, who is ultimately responsible for the matter.
Delivery
The regular delivery time in Mexico City and the Metropolitan Area is a maximum of 24-48 hours on business days. Regular delivery within the Republic is from 2 to 7 business days. We do not have delivery or order processing on non-business days, which includes Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. There are usually delays in deliveries in high seasons of the year.
In payments made by credit card, the collection systems may ask MARIA CACAO to verify the customer's personal data. In cases where there is the aforementioned verification request, MARIA CACAO will send the client the format in which they must attach the required documentation to verify their data. If the complete format is not received within 24 calendar hours after it is sent, the order will be automatically canceled and the amount paid with the credit card entered by the customer will be refunded.
Billing
In all cases, upon completing an order, a purchase note is issued, which is automatically sent by the system as an attachment to the customer's email.
If an invoice is required, it is necessary to request it in writing to hola@mariacacao.mx , attaching to said request the Tax Identification Card (CIF) in PDF format in the original, issued by the Tax Administration Service. Invoicing requests in which the CIF is attached in copies, scans or fiscal data in a format other than that established in this section cannot be processed. The above provision is part of the security measures applied at MARIA CACAO, only processing billing requests with original CFI, this being the only format that has a digital signature.
Shipping Policies
The prices of our products do not include shipping costs. Shipping has an additional cost charged to the customer, which is calculated based on the delivery address entered in the purchase process, as well as the weight of the package in some cases.
The shipment of the products is executed through external services, unrelated to MARIA CACAO, developed by companies specialized in parcel delivery, for which these services have their own terms and conditions, which must be consulted by the client. MARIA CACAO has no interference in the internal processes of the companies in charge of shipments.
Once the customer receives the tracking guide for their order, for questions or clarifications about the shipping process, as well as for tracking purposes, the customer must contact the parcel company that is running the shipping service directly. , doing so by the means that said company offers for these purposes or, in any case, send an email with your order number to hola@mariacacao.mx
MARIA CACAO only assumes responsibility in cases of non-delivery when MARIA CACAO's internal staff have made the shipment to an address other than the one entered by the customer at the time of purchase, which can be corroborated through the shipping guide.
In the event that the company that runs the parcel services returns a package to MARIA CACAO due to non-delivery, it will be the responsibility of the client to cover the shipping costs again for the delivery of their order.
Only paid orders are processed for shipping.
It is the sole responsibility of the client to provide clear and sufficient information for the contracted parcel company to deliver the order in a timely manner.
To request changes in the delivery address, it can only be after the purchase and before it leaves the warehouse; It is necessary to contact the email hola@mariacacao.mx Only changes that do not imply higher shipping costs than the original can be processed, since in that case the issue must be dealt with directly between the client and the parcel company.

Shipping cost tabulation
The cost of shipping the order varies depending on the address entered in the purchase process, which the system will take as a basis to make the corresponding quote.
In shipments to Mexico City and the Metropolitan Area:
Scheduled shipments will cost $70.00 VAT included.
In shipments within the Republic:
The shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of the package and the postal code of the shipping address.
The collection of an order for shipment by the parcel company can be up to one business day after the order is processed.
In the event that the customer requests a shipping method that is not available from our parcel service providers, the purchase will be canceled and the amount paid by the customer will be refunded, through the payment method that he entered.
In the event that the destination zip code is not covered by our parcel service providers, MARIA CACAO will contact the client directly to request an alternate delivery address, or to process the refund of the amount paid.
Weight restrictions for shipments
Orders placed through our platform can only combine products up to a maximum total weight of 15 kg. The system will automatically notify the customer if the maximum shipping weight is exceeded, in which case the charge corresponding to the total shipment of the item will be charged. order in packages of maximum 15 kg each.
Returns & Exchanges
There are no changes or returns of products after completing the purchase process.
In the event that any product received does not correspond to the one indicated by the customer in their purchase process, has arrived incorrectly in any other way or is delivered in poor condition, an exchange may be requested for the same product. To request this change, the client must contact hola@mariacacao.mx within a term of no more than 3 business days following the delivery date, explaining the situation and reason for requesting the change, as well as attaching at least one photograph of the product, in which the reason for the mentioned change is appreciated when possible. In these cases, the shipment of the correct product and in good condition will be scheduled, and at the time of delivery the incorrect and/or in poor condition product will be collected. MARIA CACAO asks the customer to carefully place the product that arrived incorrectly and/or in poor condition in its original packaging, with all its components and parts.
Likewise, in the case of products that have arrived incorrect and/or in poor condition, the return can be processed through the same route and email request format, which will include the collection of the incorrect and/or in poor condition product. by MARIA CACAO as well as the return of the amount paid.
Any error or carelessness on the part of the customer in the selection of product options, collection or shipping information are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the customer.
