1 CEREMONIAL DOSE (50G)
1 SQUARE OF MARIA CACAO, CELESTIAL GRADE
1 CUP OF WARM WATER (250 ML)
2 tablespoons of natural sweetener
PROCEDURE:
TAKE YOUR MC SQUARE AND PUT IT IN THE BLENDER
ADD WARM WATER (WARM WATER IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE CACAO DOES NOT DISSOLVE IN COLD WATER)
ADD TWO TABLESPOONS OF AGAVE HONEY, BEE HONEY, MONK FRUIT OR DATE
BLEND EVERYTHING
SERVE OVER ICE
*IF A 50G DOSE IS TOO MUCH FOR YOU, YOU CAN TRY HALF A SQUARE

1 tablespoon of ghee

PREPARATION:
Toast a slice of sourdough bread

2 squares MC Celestial Grade
1 cup of oatmeal
2 tablespoons of ghee
2 eggs
1 cup of vegetable milk
1 cup maple syrup

PREPARATION:
Melt the Celestial Grade in a double boiler
Add all the ingredients for the pancake mix to the blender.
Heat a pan, add a tablespoon of ghee and cook the hot cais
Cook the bacon, split the strawberry
Serve up a mountain of strawberry and bacon pancakes, drizzled with honey.

INGREDIENTS:
1 square of MC Celestial Grade
1 cup of organic oats
1 cup of water
1 cup of plant-based milk (oat is our favorite)
2 tablespoons of honey
PREPARATION:
Grind the María Cacao cube in the blender with warm or hot water and two cups of water.
Add the prepared caco to a pot, and stir in the cup of oats and honey.
Say goodnight and let him sleep.
You sleep too.
In the morning you'll see that the oats have puffed up, and you can warm them up by adding a little plant-based milk.
Serve with berries or whatever you like!

Christmas cacao
This time, we set up this beautiful table in the garden to celebrate Christmas by drinking and eating Cacao.
My mom and I bought these branches at the Jamaica Market, and then we set them up like we were in an Enchanted Forest, and doesn't that look like it?
We used the original flavor Cacao Pod, and surrounded it with raspberries.
We made ourselves a small cup of Celestial Degree to "get a little bit of energy" and enjoy the afternoon in gratitude and presence.
